BROWS
(ANY PRIOR TATTOO/MICROBLADING ON YOUR BROWS, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING)
Pre Procedure
Please stop the following:
- Retin A/retinols (2 weeks prior)
- Wax/tweeze (at least 2-3 days prior)
- Tint/dye (at least 2-3 days prior)
- Chemical/laser peel (6 months prior)

- Do not work out 24 hours before your appointment.
- No sunburn or significantly tanned skin
- Please also read the FAQ section before booking
Post Procedure
Thoroughly wipe brows 30-45 minutes after procedure. Apply a small amount of after-care balm with a
cotton swab as directed. Repeat 2-3 hours later. Apply balm 2-4 times a day for 7 days following.
Avoid petroleum based products.
Microblading is a 2 step process, you should not expect to see full results after one treatment. Strokes will appear sharp and dark following the initail appointment, the color will lighten 40-60% once healed.
Touch up appointments should be scheduled 4-6 weeks later to achieve your desired brows.
- You may shower or bathe, but avoid getting your brows wet, or any harsh soaps, shampoos, or allow the shower to spray directly on your face for two weeks as this can disrupt the bonding process for the pigment to stabilize in the skin.
- DO NOT pick or scratch at the dry skin/flakiness; let the skin fall off naturally. Picking can cause scarring and premature loss of pigment. Once the flakes have fallen off, a shiny layer of healing skin will cover the hair strokes. Within 1-2 weeks, the hair strokes will slowly reappear at a lighter shade.
- DO NOT apply make-up to the tattooed area for the first 10 days.
- DO NOT use Vaseline, Neosporin or other petroleum based products while healing.
- DO NOT bleach, tint or dye the brow area for one month following the procedure.
- DO NOT apply any anti-acne products (e.g. Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid, Proactiv, etc.) or lightening creams such as hydroquinone to the treated area while healing.
- DO NOT apply facial products containing Alpha Hydroxyls (AHAs), Retin-A, Lactic or Glycolic Acids
- DO NOT thread, wax, or use hair removal products on brows while healing.
- NO exercising and/or excessive sweating one day prior to microblading and for 10 days after.
Sweating will cause the hair strokes to blur and push the pigment out.
- NO sun exposure, swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas or other bodies of water for two weeks.
- DO NOT submerge brows in water
