Alice Berman - Owner/Artist

Alice Berman is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist from the Twin Cities, with a bachelors in graphic design. After years of waxing brows, she transitioned seamlessly into cosmetic tattooing, where she is now certified and licensed.
"Brows and beauty have been a passion of mine as long as I can remember. If you were to ask any of my friends growing up, chances are they'd tell you that I used to shape their brows on the couch after school. (making everyone's mother nervous!)
The thing that's so great about microblading, is now I can actually give people fuller brows where they didn't have them. It's incredible to see the transformation and balance it brings to the face. It sounds cliche, but making someone else feel good and more confident is really the best part of my job."

Brooke Anderson - Apprentice

Brooke Anderson is a certified PhiBrows Microblading Artist. Eyebrows have always been an obsession for her, often looking at other people's brows and thinking of ways to reshape them to better suit their face.
“I’ve always had very blonde, sparse eyebrows growing up, which made them barely visible. In middle school, when I tried makeup for the first time, my eyebrows were the first thing I would fill. I tried every brow powder, gel and pomade I could get my hands on. When I had my eyebrows Microbladed by Alice in 2018, I knew I wanted to learn Microblading, so I could be able to give the same confidence I received from finally having full and visible brows.”

"I was one of those kids who never felt comfortable in their own skin. So I knew at a young age that I wanted to help others to feel more confident, beautiful and unstoppable through beauty. I feel honored to have built a career serving others in this way.”
When Covid-19 shut down the beauty industry, I found myself with no job to return to. At first it hurt, now I see the universe was just realigning my path. I have always wanted to learn the Art of Cosmetic Tattooing since microblading hit the scene. When I found myself with an abundance of time on my hands, no job to return to, I embraced the opportunity and invested in my dream.
Now that I am certified, the 200 hour journey as an apprentice begins. Where all of my work is overseen by an incredibly experienced Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Artist, Alice, who serves as my constant inspiration and guide.
